Reddy Heater Blue Flame Vent-Free heaters
Comfort Glow, Glo-Warm, and Reddy blue flame heaters have many different sizes and options available, Comfort glow and Glo-Warm vent free heaters come in natural gas or propane models.

Reddy heater blue flame convection type vent free heaters, warm the air in the garage, which then heats the objects in the room. They work much like a central heating system. The area is wrapped in a blanket of comfort as the air is warmed. Vent free means you save on heating costs, with 99% heating efficiency and no outside vent all the heat stays in the room. Safe and clean burning, they are certified by the American Gas Association and meet or exceed all government safety performance standards.

A dual purpose safety pilot system protects against oxygen depletion and any interuption in fuel supply.
If either occurs, the gas is shut off to the burner, turning the heater off. These units are ideal for back-up or emergency heat because they require no electricity to run.

Differences in Desa heaters

The Reddy Heater G models for the garage are basically the same as the GW models, except the glass has been replaced
by a steel panel for durability in a garage environment.
The Glo-warm GW models have a square cabinet and comes with a wall mounting bracket only,
(optional floor stand sold seperately)
The Comfort Glow CB models have a rounded hearth cabinet with concealed controls,
and come with a wall mounting bracket and a floor stand kit.

  • Use vent-free with adequate air (ventilation) only. Humidifies while it heats.
  • Provides water vapor in the area heated. Refer to owner's manual for specifics.
  • Heating areas based on rooms with 8" ceilings.
  • Operating heater at elevations above 4,500 ft. could cause nuisance outages.
  • Product cannot be converted between fuel types.

  • All Vent-Free products carry a limited two year warranty.
